DENVER–Senate Democratic leadership urged voters to push their majority in the Senate to a filibuster-proof 60 members by promoting some of its highest-profile candidates at a press conference Wednesday morning in the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver.

Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Chair Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) introduced candidates from New Hampshire, Colorado, New Mexico, Maine, Oregon and Virginia, all of whom have shots at claiming seats currently held by Republicans.
